Thank you for shopping with Ezzenzo. We take care in every order and want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our Policy
Due to the nature of our products — handcrafted fragrance oils and personal care items — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at support@ezzenzo.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll assess your claim and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@ezzenzo.com.
